Image License

All AI-generated avatars created through our website are available under the following licenses:

  • Classic Model: Licensed under the MIT License. This license grants you the freedom to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software and associated documentation files (the "Software"). You can also permit others to do the same, subject to the following conditions:

  • Realistic Model: Licensed under the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M License. This license allows for both commercial and non-commercial use of the model. It requires that any improvements or adaptations of the model be shared under the same terms and that proper attribution be given to the original creators.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • 150 Credits per Month: Allows creation of AI avatars, each single image creation deducts one credit from your account.
  • 500 Credits per Month: Allows creation of AI avatars, each single image creation deducts one credit from your account.
  • 1000 Credits per Month: Allows creation of AI avatars, each single image creation deducts one credit from your account.
  • 3000 Credits per Month: Allows creation of AI avatars, each single image creation deducts one credit from your account.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Due to the creative nature of AI-generated avatars, refunds are generally not accepted. Refunds will only be considered in cases of service malfunctions, such as:

  • Credits not received or incorrectly debited from your account.
  • Inability to use credits due to website malfunctions.
  • Other technical issues that preclude you from using your credits as intended.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the next period.
